01 · Written & Editorial

Sample deliverables

Grant application (LOI + full)

A funder-facing document for state, federal, or philanthropic grants.

Contains: eligibility screen, organisational fit, need statement, program description with logic model, evaluation plan, budget narrative, sustainability, appendices. LOI: 2 pp. Full: to funder limit, typically 10 to 20 pp.

Typical: 1 to 3 weeks from brief to submission.

Long-form editorial essay

A single-argument piece in a defined author voice, published on an owned property.

Structure: anchoring scene, one central claim, 3 to 5 subheaded moves, closing diagnostic. No labelled framework in the tail.

Typical: 2,000 to 3,500 words. Turnaround: 3 to 5 days. Recent examples: "It's my life. It's my business." (12xedu.com); "What Seneca Knew About Time"; "In Defence of Reading Slowly".

Policy draft (governance, safeguarding, media, complaints)

An operating policy the organisation can adopt after legal review.

Contains: scope, definitions, procedure, roles, escalation, complaint mechanism, review cycle, appendices with forms and consent language. Plain-English, statute-footnoted.

Typical: 4 to 12 pp. Marked DRAFT FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW.

Impact report or annual report

A public-facing narrative and data report for donors, funders, and members.

Contains: director's letter, program-by-program narrative, outcome dashboard, financial summary, forward plans, acknowledgements. Designed for print and web.

Typical: 12 to 24 pp. Turnaround: 4 to 6 weeks.

02 · Audio & Video Production

Podcast episode package (end-to-end)

A single episode from source material to published audio.

Includes: source-to-script adaptation, host brief, production, audio normalisation, cover art, show notes, chapter markers, transcript, distribution setup.

Typical: 20 to 45 minute episode, 1 to 2 weeks per episode.

Interviewer protocol and prompt library

A working document for staff or volunteer interviewers.

Structure: 20 to 30 questions organised by phase, guidance on how to hold the room, tells to watch for, when to pause, when to press. Anti-gaming discipline built in where context calls for it.

Typical: 8 to 16 pp. Turnaround: 3 to 5 days.

Recording rig install and staff training

Equipment set up on-site, staff trained, handed over.

Includes: equipment recommendation, room setup, quick-start SOP, troubleshooting guide, first recording session run alongside staff, sign-off checklist.

Typical: half-day install plus one training session. We do not run ongoing production; the operator organisation runs the rig.

Landing page or long-form web page

A single web page built on a defined design system.

Includes: content structure, GL-003-tokened design, responsive breakpoints, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, print CSS if relevant.

Typical: 3 to 7 days from brief to shipped page. Recent examples: 12xai.com.au manifesto; 12xedu.com Academy landing.

Print-ready report layout

A long-form document formatted for print and PDF export.

Includes: cover, TOC, sections, running headers, page numbers, sidebars and callouts, bibliography, print CSS with page-break control.

Typical: 8 to 20 pp A4. Turnaround: 3 to 5 days once content is final.

04 · Compliance, Governance & Legal Drafts

Sample deliverables

Every legal draft is marked DRAFT FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW. We draft; a human attorney signs.

Engagement letter or MOU

A working agreement between two organisations or between an organisation and a contractor.

Contains: scope, deliverables and dates, fees and payment terms, IP and confidentiality, termination, dispute resolution, governing law.

Typical: 3 to 6 pp. Turnaround: 2 to 3 days.

Volunteer agreement and role description

The contract that governs an unpaid participant's relationship with an organisation.

Contains: role and hours, conduct expectations, safeguarding acknowledgements, WWCC requirement, insurance, confidentiality, media consent, termination.

Typical: 4 to 6 pp. Turnaround: 2 to 3 days.

Child safeguarding policy

The mandatory policy for any organisation working with people under 18.

Contains: scope, definitions, WWCC verification workflow, code of conduct, reporting obligations, complaint process, review cycle, appendices with consent forms and disclosure templates.

Typical: 12 to 18 pp. Turnaround: 1 to 2 weeks.

Media consent framework

The consent architecture for capturing, producing, and publishing participant stories.

Contains: plain-English consent form, guardian consent form, revocation process, use-scope specificity, retention plan, complaint mechanism.

Typical: 6 to 10 pp. Turnaround: 1 to 2 weeks.

Multi-touch email sequences for introduction, engagement, or reactivation.

Structure: initial value email, second-touch clarifier, direct ask, quiet close. Personalisation slots defined. Spam Act 2003 compliant.

Typical: 3 to 5 days.

SEO audit and content brief pack

A technical and content audit of an owned property with prioritised recommendations.

Covers: Core Web Vitals, indexation, on-page optimisation, backlinks, keyword gap analysis, content brief templates for top-10 opportunities.

Typical: 12 to 20 pp. Turnaround: 1 to 2 weeks.

Editorial content calendar

A rolling schedule across owned and social channels.

Structure: 12 weeks of content mapped across long-form, newsletter, LinkedIn, Facebook. Repurposing map from source assets.

Typical: 3 to 5 days to build first calendar.

Donor funnel and program outcome dashboard

A working dashboard connecting outreach activity to outcomes.

Tracks: top-of-funnel sources, qualification stages, close attribution by channel, cost per outcome, cohort retention. Delivered as a live dashboard the organisation can operate themselves.

Typical: 2 to 3 weeks to build.

CRM setup and taxonomy

A working customer or supporter database matched to operating rhythm.

Includes: schema design, taxonomy of records and tags, migration from spreadsheets, integration with email and accounting, user training.

Typical: 2 to 4 weeks.

Back-office automation

Repeated manual tasks converted into scripted workflows.

Examples: intake-form-to-Slack, receipt generation, scheduled reports, calendar reminders. Each shipped with a written SOP.

Typical: 2 to 5 days per workflow.

How to engage

Most engagements begin with one small, well-defined piece of work delivered in two to three weeks, followed by a review. We do not take on ongoing retainers before we have both shipped something together.
